The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Provision Of The Home Help Service To People In A Situation Of Dependency In The Municipality Of Pobla De Vallbona (Hereinafter, Sad), Based On Law 39/2006 Of December 14 On The Promotion Of Personal Autonomy And Care For People In A Situation Of Dependency, Developed By Decree 62/2017 Of May 19 Of The Consell. Which Constitutes A Set Of Actions Carried Out In The Home Of People In A Situation Of Dependency, In Order To Meet Their Daily Life Needs And Increase Their Autonomy, Favoring Their Permanence In It, In Appropriate Conditions, With Strict Subjection To The Contract Memory And The Conditions And Requirements Expressed In The Technical Prescriptions Document And In This Document That Regulates It, Which Are Contractual In Nature. Financed By The Department Of Social Services, Equality And Housing, Within The Framework Of The 2025-2028 Program Contract, In The Terms And Conditions Described In The Technical Specifications, In The Contracts Supporting Report, In The Administrative Clauses And In The Offer Formulated By The Successful Bidder (Which May Not Involve A Reduction Of The Obligations Indicated In The Specifications And Their Annexes).
