Request for proposals for Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study, Feed and Transaction Advisory for Development of a New Lpg Unloading and Storage Facility. All details pertaining to this procurement are clearly stated in the Bid Document. The said Bid Document can be obtained at the under-mentioned address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 35,000/= either in cash or in the form of a pay order from a registered commercial bank in Sri Lanka on any working day (Monday -Friday) between 9.30 a.m. 2.30p.m. from 18th March 2026 to 26th May 2026 (both days inclusive). All bids shall be accompanied by an irrevocable unconditionally en-cashable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or a bank based in another country. However, if the Guarantee is from a bank based in another Country, the guarantee should be confirmed & assured by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, and be issued in favor of Litro Gas Terminal Lanka (Private) Limited. The amount of the Bid Security is USD 10,000 (Ten Thousand USD) and should be valid up to 27th September 2026.
