All details pertaining to this procurement are clearly stated in the Bid Document. The said Bid Document can be obtained at the under-mentioned address upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 35,000/= either in cash or in the form of a pay order from a registered commercial bank in Sri Lanka on any working day (Monday -Friday) between 9.30 a.m. 2.30p.m. from 18th March 2026 to 26th May 2026 (both days inclusive). All bids shall be accompanied by an irrevocable unconditionally en-cashable Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka or a bank based in another country. However, if the Guarantee is from a bank based in another Country, the guarantee should be confirmed & assured by a licensed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka, and be issued in favor of Litro Gas Terminal Lanka (Private) Limited.
