Young people and women, particularly from refugee communities, remain disproportionately excluded from meaningful employment opportunities, despite their strong motivation to participate in the economy. In response to these challenges, Pathfinder International launched the Improving Leadership & Employability Among Underserved Populations in Jordan project, designed to strengthen employability, leadership, and economic resilience among youth and women, with a strong focus on green economy sectors aligned with the WEFE nexus (Water, Energy, Food, Environment). Primary Objectives of the Consultancy The primary objective of this consultancy is to produce three high-quality, anonymised testimonial videos that effectively communicate beneficiary experiences while ensuring confidentiality and dignity. The videos will be adapted for external communication purposes and should include accurate translation from Arabic (Jordanian dialect) to English, as well as clear and engaging visual storytelling through graphic and animation techniques to maintain the anonymity of project beneficiaries. In addition, the consultancy will support the visual identity and communication materials of the project through the design of a project logo and the development of six beneficiary story flyers aligned with the testimonial content. Scope of Work The consultant will be responsible for editing pre-recorded testimonial footage and transforming it into three short, polished videos. This includes anonymising identities through visual techniques (e.g., cartoon-style illustration, masking, or motion graphics), integrating translated content, and ensuring the final outputs are suitable for dissemination across digital platforms. The consultant will also be responsible for designing a project logo and producing six beneficiary story flyers that visually and narratively complement the video outputs. The scope covers the full post-production process, including translation, subtitling, visual design, animation, sound editing, and final formatting. Detailed Tasks Subject to change based on needs Design a project logo aligned with project branding and communication objectives, including the creation and submission of at least three initial logo concepts for review Review and assess all provided raw video footage Transcribe and translate spoken content from spoken Arabic to English Adapt scripts to ensure clarity, coherence, and sensitivity in both languages Propose and apply appropriate anonymisation techniques Develop visual concepts and/or storyboards for approval prior to production Edit video footage into three concise testimonial videos Design and integrate graphic elements (titles, captions, branding, transitions) Produce and embed subtitles in English (and Arabic, if required) Clean and enhance audio quality Incorporate music or sound design where appropriate (ensuring proper licensing) Revise videos based on feedback (minimum one revision round) Export videos in formats suitable for web and social media use Deliverables & Outputs Please note that all final outputs should be delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for online distribution and must be reviewed by the Pathfinder team. Consequently, the timeline of # days may be adjusted depending on the volume and nature of feedback.
