The Contracting Authority will reply to bidders questions at least 6 days before the deadline for submission of bids. If the Contracting Authority, either on its own initiative or in response to a request from a bidder, provides additional information on the bidding dossier, it will send such information in writing to all bidders at the same time. Costs incurred by the bidders in preparing and submitting the bid proposals will not be reimbursed.
