Request for proposals for Develop a Bankable, InvestmentReady NatureBased Solutions (Nbs) Project Detailed review of the Addis Ababa NbS Strategic Framework and related documents; refined methodology; stakeholder engagement plan; work plan and Gantt chart; data requirements; risk management and quality assurance plan Diagnostic assessment of priority NbS opportunities based on the Framework; identification of potential investment concepts; preliminary analysis of priority corridors, watersheds, and urban heat hotspots; consultation with relevant city bureaus. Detailed prioritization of interventions; quantification of potential NbS impacts (e.g., hectares restored, km of river corridor rehabilitated, canopy targets); mapping of potential climate finance opportunities and alignment with donor requirements (e.g., GCF, Adaptation Fund, bilateral donors). Development of the draft project design including intervention packages, technical assumptions, geographic scope, beneficiary estimates, implementation arrangements, and preliminary cost estimates. Development of financial and economic analysis; climate rationale; monitoring and evaluation framework; environmental and social screening; gender and social inclusion (GESI) approach; risk matrix and mitigation measures. Submission of a full draft proposal aligned with targeted climate finance windows, including technical narrative, financial model, results framework, safeguards, and institutional arrangements.
