Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Drafting Service For The Urbanization And Infrastructure Project For Plot H And The Relocation Of The Building On The Plot Contemplated In The Execution Project Of The New Aeat Headquarters In The Port Of Malaga. Optional Direction And Coordination Of Health And Safety During The Execution Phase Of Both Projects. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Hiring Of A Team Of Professionals Who Will Be In Charge, On The One Hand, Of Drafting The Necessary Preliminary Studies As Established By The Urban Planning Regulations, Whether Preliminary Projects, Feasibility Analysis, Detailed Studies, Etc., For The Relocation Of The Building On The Plot, Since Affected Services Have Been Detected With Traces That Differ From Those Initially Contemplated In The Drafted Execution Project And Require Moving The Footprint Of The Building Itself In A West Direction, Maintaining The Current Alignment With Manuel Avenue. Agustín Heredia; And The Drafting Of The Urbanization Project For The Land Adjacent To The Perimeter Of The Building Itself Once It Is Built, With The Intention That It Is Perfectly Integrated With Its Environment, Complying At All Times With The Standards Of Functionality, Accessibility, Mobility And Landscaping Established By The Approved Special Plan, Or Any Other Mandatory Urban Planning Regulations; As Well As The Project Management And Coordination Of Safety And Health During The Execution Of The Works On The Aeat Building And The Urbanization Of The Complex.
