Tenders are invited for Proposed Re-Construction of Abundant Structures of Building of the Migrant Resource Center (MRC) at Mathugama for Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment Payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.50,000.00. A Bid Security of Rs. 2,800,000.00. The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee on behalf of the Chairman, Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment, No. 234, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Koswatta, Battaramulla hereby invites sealed bids from eligible & qualified bidders for Proposed Re-Construction of Abundant Structures of Building of the Migrant Resource Center (MRC) at Mathugama for Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment as described below and estimated to cost of LKR 280 Mn. The Work consists of construction of Hostel Building is three storied building having a total gross floor area of 1400.88 m2 (approx.), and Cafeteria building is two storied building having gross floor area of 430.08 m2 (approx.), consists with rubble foundation with RCC column footing, RCC structure, plastered and painted brick/ block walls, steel/timber framed Zn/Al roof, powder coated Al doors and windows, floor rendering, wall and floor tiling, electrical installation, sanitary fittings and accessories, drainage work, Lighting protection system and Fire system. Location of Project: Premises of Migrant Resource Center (MRC) at Bandaranayake Mawatha, Mathugama Watta, Mathugama The construction period is 460 days.
