The Subject Of The Overall Order Is The Batch Procurement And Introduction Of A New A) Enterprise Resource Planning System (Lot 1: Erp System) And B) Human Capital Management System (Lot 2: Hcm System). The Two Systems Are Intended To Jointly Support The Various Processes Of The Two Companies, Including Financial Accounting And Controlling Including Reports And Interfaces For Automated Data Export, Human Resources With Payroll Accounting, Procurement And Materials Management. In Addition To The Two Systems, It Is Planned To Select And Introduce A Document Management System (Dms System) To Support Document-Based Workflows (E.G. Approvals, Invoice Verification). An Sap Erp System With An Integrated Human Resource Module (Hr Module) Is Currently In Use And Is To Be Migrated Within The Scope Offered. The Erp System Must Also Establish Interfaces To Various Existing Satellite Systems. The Contract Is Concluded For An Indefinite Period Of Time. The Services Are Divided Into 2 Lots. - Lot 1 Includes The Provision And Operation Of An Erp System Including A Document Management System (Dms), If Necessary Data Warehouse And Business Intelligence Components, As Well As The Project Performance For Introducing The Solutions. In Addition, The Operation And Application Support Of The Systems After Successful Implementation Are Also Part Of This Lot. - Lot 2 Includes The Provision And Operation Of A Human Capital Management System (Hcm) To Map Human Resources Processes As Well As The Project Performance To Introduce The Solution. In Addition, The Operation And Application Support Of The System After Successful Implementation Are Also Part Of This Lot. This Call For Tenders Only Covers Lot 2 (Hcm System) Described Above. An Application For Lot 1 (Erp System) Is Only Possible Via The Separate Project Room For Lot 1.
