The Consolidation And Rehabilitation Project Of The Chronic Dumbrăveni Psychiatry Hospital, Vrancea County Was Submitted For Funding Within The South-East Regional Program 2021 - 2027, At The Level Of Which The Competitive Call For Projects Was Launched For Priority 2 - A Region With Environmentally Friendly Localities And More Resilient To Risks, Specific Objective: Rso2.4 - Promoting Adaptation To Climate Change, Disaster Risk Prevention And Resilience, Taking Into Account Ecosystem Approaches, Operation: Action 2.2 Consolidation Of Public Buildings Vulnerable To Seismic Risk (Strategic Action), Call Prse/2.2/2/2025. Given That The Purchaser Cannot Support The Investment From Its Own Funds, If, Until The Completion Of The Award Procedure, The Financing Authority Will Not Accept/Reject The Financing Request For Reasons Independent Of The Will And Control Of The Vrancea County Administrative Territorial Unit, The Provisions Of Art. 212 Para. (1) Lit. C) The 2Nd Sentence Of Law No. 98/2016 On Public Procurement, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
