Building Construction Work – New Construction Of A Daycare Center In Fuchstal_308_Roof Sealing And Plumbing Work. Expansion Of Kita Fuchstal The Existing Daycare Center In Fuchstal No Longer Covers The Increasing Need For Childcare Places. To Counteract This, An Independent New Building Will Be Built, Which Will Function As An Extension To The Existing Kindergarten. This Includes: • Two Crèche Groups On The Ground Floor (West) • Two Kindergarten Groups And An After-School Group On The Upper Floor (West) • A Central Dining Room With A Serving Kitchen And Side Rooms In The Connecting Central Building, Which Supplies Both Parts Of The Building. The New Facility Is Being Realized In Wooden Panel Construction And Comprises Two Full Floors With A Gross Volume Of Approx. 10,000 M³ (Ground Floor: Approx. 1,400 M², Upper Floor: Approx. 800 M²). Special Features Of The Planning • Access Takes Place Centrally Via The New Intermediate Building With Separate Management For Crèches And Kindergarten Children. • The New Building Will Accommodate Additional Functions Such As Storage Areas, Group Rooms, A Small Library And Other Ancillary Rooms That Were Not Possible In The Existing Building. • The Planning Provides For Flexible Use Of Space - Group Rooms Can Be Adapted To Changing Needs With A Manageable Amount Of Effort. • The New Building Can Be Operated Independently, But Enables Spatial And Organizational Synergies With The Existing Building (E.G. Staff, Rooms, Usage Units). Objective The Project Creates The Structural Requirements For A Sustainable, Shared Childrens House That Can React Flexibly To Current And Future Requirements - While At The Same Time Relieving The Burden And Functionally Strengthening The Existing Building.
