The Associated Functions Of The Gateway Administrator (Gwa) For Intelligent Measuring Systems (Imsys), The Measurement Data Management (Mdm) Including The Provision Of Measured Values In An Msb Portal Solution, The Procurement Of Smart Meter Gateways (Smgw) And Modern Measuring Devices (Mme) As Well As The Wan Communication Have So Far Been Provided By An Existing Service Provider As Part Of A Bpo Order. The Subject Of The Award Is The Above-Mentioned Services As Well As Additional Services As Bpo, In Particular: - Gateway Administration (Gwa) & Meter Data Management (Mdm) As Well As Msb Portal Operation, - Operation Of A Cls Management System (Role Control Administrator; St-A), - Wan Communication For Smgw, - Procurement Of Smgw And Mme, Control Devices (Ste), New Measuring Devices For Gas And Irlm Electricity Meters, - Migration Of Already Rolled Out Imsys (Including Hardware And Data) From A Previous Service Provider Into The New Solution, - Project Planning And Implementation Including Connection To The Clients Peripheral Systems. The Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With Regulatory And Legal Requirements In The Context Of Measuring Point Operation, In Particular On The Basis Of The Following Legal Requirements: - Measuring Point Operation Act (Msbg): Legal Framework For The Mandatory Installation, Operation And Data Processing Of Imsys - Renewable Energy Act (Eeg), In Particular §9 Eeg For The Connection Of Eeg Systems - Energy Industry Act (Enwg), In Particular §14A And §14C On The Connection And Operation Of Controllable Consumption Devices And §12 Enwg Regarding Implementation Of The Controllability Check, - Relevant Specifications And Specifications Of The Federal Office For Information Security (Bsi) And The Federal Network Agency Such As Tr-03109, Certificate Policy Smart Metering Pki, Bk6-22-300 The Specifications Contain Confidential Information About Our System.
