The Environmental, Energy And Overall Performance Requirements Of The School Catering Project Are Part Of A Voluntarily Demanding And Coherent Framework, Based On: • Strict Compliance With French Regulatory Requirements In Force On The Date Of Submission Of The Building Permit, In Particular The Re2020 Environmental Regulation And Its Developments, Including The Thresholds Applicable To The Corresponding Level; • An Ambition For Very High Energy Performance, Aiming To Achieve A Level Of Passive Building Performance, Optimized By Phpp (Passive House Planning Package) Calculation, Without Seeking Certification. • The Requirements Of The Hqe Benchmark While Integrating The Objectives Of The Rev3 Benchmark Of The Hauts-De-France Region, Particularly In Terms Of Energy, Resources, Resilience And Social Innovation. The Project Management Must Design Public Equipment: • Very High Energy Efficiency, Specifically Adapted To The Uses Of A School Restaurant Including A Reheating Office; • Favoring Passive, Sober, Robust And Proven Solutions, Easy To Operate And Maintain; • Guaranteeing A High Level Of Comfort For Users, Both Thermally, Acoustically, Visually And In Terms Of Indoor Air Quality; • Limiting The Carbon Footprint Of The Building Over Its Entire Life Cycle; • Ensuring Control Of Energy Consumption And Operating Costs.
