Construction Work – Planning And New Construction Of The Gohfeld-Wittel Fire Station. The City Of Löhne In North Rhine-Westphalia Is Planning To Build A New Gohfeld-Wittel Fire Station. The Reason For This Project Was The Merger Of The Two Fire-Fighting Groups Gohfeld And Wittel Of The Löhne Volunteer Fire Department To Form The Gohfeld-Wittel Fire Engine In February 2017. Since The Previous Locations Of The Fire-Fighting Groups Are In Need Of Renovation And Are No Longer Up-To-Date And Are Also In An Inconvenient Location For Traffic, The Client Intends To Build A New Joint Fire Station At A New Location. The Fire Station Will Be Built On The Corner Property Of Tichelbrink/Koblenzer Str. In The Gohfeld District (Gohfeld District, Corridor 72, Parcel 265). The Property Is Owned By The City Of Löhne. The Property Area Is Approximately 3,336 M². The Following Areas Of Use/Rooms Are To Be Provided: - Administration - Training - Operations Rooms With Changing Rooms - Kitchen (Catering For Emergency Services At City Level Of Up To 150 Meals Per Day) - Vehicle Hall For 6 Vehicles - Storage Areas In Terms Of Building Planning Law, The Property Is Within The Scope Of A Legally Binding Development Plan. The Implementation Of A Fire Station Is Permitted Under Planning Law. A Gross Floor Area Of Approx. 1,713 M² Is Currently Assumed. The Space Program Took Into Account That The Fire Engine Will Also Take On Logistics Tasks For The Entire Löhne Fire Department In The Future.
