The Construction Task Includes The Construction Of A Multi-Family House Consisting Of, Among Other Things, Multi Hall, Padel Hall, Depot Facilities, Common Areas, Toilets/Changing Rooms, Fitness, Cafe And Kitchen Facilities And Outdoor Facilities, As Well As Various Living And Movement Furniture, Which Will Form The Framework For A New Meeting Point And Activity Center For Everyone In Møllevang And The Surrounding Area, And Their Guests. The Construction Task Includes The Construction Of A Multi-Family House In Møllevang And Must Contain The Following: • Sports Center With Space For Children And Young People Who Can Meet And Pursue Their Leisure Interests. • The Sports Center Must Accommodate A Hall For, Among Other Things, Handball, Hall For 4 Padel Courts, Multi-Purpose Room, Fitness And Training Room, As Well As Various Secondary Facilities Such As Changing Rooms, Club Room And Common Areas • Outdoor Areas Both On The Ground And In Height, Where You Can Draw Air And Draw Out Fitness. • All Technical Installations That Belong To The Task. • All Authority Requirements For Implementation Of The Project. In Addition To Being Aimed At Sports, The New Building Must Be A Gathering Place Where People Meet For Events Of A Different Nature. It Is Therefore Important That The Future House Can Be Used For Several Different Activities And Can Easily Change Character. The Rooms Must Be Arranged So That As Many Activities As Possible Are Accommodated In The Available Space. The Tenderer Must Include In His Offer The Material Wishes That The Client Expects To Be Contained In The Task As Stated In Bd-1 Value-Based Building Program, Bd-2 Technical Building Program And Bd-3 Room Plan, Lounge/Stand Furniture And Motor Furniture Must Be Included. It Is The Clients Expectation That The Hall Must Meet The Expectations Stated In The Tender Documents, But That A Wow Effect Is Also Created, Where You Are Left With Well-Thought-Out Solutions And A Robust Construction That Can Last For Many Years Into The Future. It Is The Clients Expectation That The Bidders Come Up With An Offer That Includes All The Desired Facilities And Can Deliver A Turnkey Construction That Is Thoroughly Tested And Immediately Ready For Use.
