Technical Building-Inspection Services – Grouping Of Orders: Technical Control Missions And Related Missions Relating To New Construction And Extension Projects, Rehabilitation And Regulatory Compliance Of The Built Heritage Of The City Of Colmar And Colmar Agglomération (Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders). The Chosen Form Of The Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Multi-Awardee Purchase Orders Concluded Without A Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount Per Execution Period Of 105,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, In Application Of Articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 To 6 And R2161 - 13 And 14 Of The Public Order Code. It Will Be Concluded With Three Holders (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Offers). It Is Specified That: Holder No. 1 (In First Position In The Ranking Made By The Tender Commission), May Be Awarded A Maximum Order Amount Per Execution Period Of 50,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Holder No. 2 (In Second Position In The Ranking Made By The Tender Commission) May Be Awarded A Maximum Order Amount Per Execution Period Of 35,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. Holder No. 3 (In Third Position In The Ranking Made By The Tender Commission) May Be Awarded A Maximum Order Amount Per Execution Period Of 20,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Order Amounts Are Identical For Each Possible Renewal Period. Duration: From 01/06/2026 Or The Date Of Notification If Later Until 31/05/2027 - Renewable For 12 Months Tacitly 3 Times
