The Subject Of The Order Is A Shredder Intended For Shredding Large-Sized Waste And Other Separately Collected Waste, Equipped With An Over-Belt Metal Separator And The Necessary Infrastructure. Placed On A Concrete Square, Resistant To Weather Conditions. 2. Device Capacity Of At Least 15 Mg/H For Large-Sized Waste. 3. Brand New Device, Year Of Manufacture Not Older Than 2026. 4. Stationary Device On A Steel Frame. The Frame Is Equipped With A System Of Mounting Points (Minimum 4 Points) Enabling Anchoring To The Concrete Foundation, Ensuring The Stability Of The Device During Operation. 5. Neither The Device Nor Its Accessories Can Be A Prototype And Must Come From Mass Production. Minimum Total Weight 22000 Kg. 6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 7. The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: A) Present, Within 5 Working Days From Signing The Contract, The Method Of Connecting The Device, A Schematic Drawing With The Marked Place Of Exit Of The Electrical Cables From The Device, The Required Protections In The Connection Cabinet In Order For The Ordering Party To Adapt Existing Installations Or Make Possible Connections, B) Connect The Device To The Power Supply In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, In A Manner Consistent With Applicable Regulations (Including Occupational Health And Safety), So As To Ensure Communication Around The Device, C) At Least Training 5 Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Operation And Maintenance Of The Device. 8. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, I.E. In Particular: Customs Duties, Administrative Fees, Costs Of Transport, Loading And Unloading, Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees, Insurance On The Way To The Ordering Partys Headquarters And All Other Costs Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. 9. The Minimum Warranty Conditions And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 10. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Modernization Of The Municipal Waste Processing Plant Of Mpgk Sp. Z O. O. In Chełm Co-Financed Under Measure 3.6 Waste Management In The Public Sector (Project Type 1,3,4) Of Priority Iii Protection Of Environmental And Climate Resources Of The European Funds For Lubelskie 2021-2027 Program.
