Design Documentation, Administrative Decisions, Assembly, Construction Works And All Supplies And Services Necessary To Carry Out The Project Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party For Use. The Offer Should Be Consistent With The Attached Functional And Utility Program. The Contractors Scope Will Also Include Additional Works And Installation Elements That Have Not Been Specified, But Are Necessary For Proper Functioning And Stable Operation And Required Maintenance Works, As Well As To Obtain A Guarantee Of Efficient And Failure-Free Operation.3) The Building Being The Subject Of The Study Is Intended For Teaching Purposes.
