The Area In Question Is High Up In The Mountains And Far From The Road, And The Time Frame In Which This Work Can Be Done Is Relatively Short. The Fence Has An Important Function To Prevent Mixing Of Norwegian And Swedish Reindeer. It Is Important That It Is Functional Before The Swedish Reindeer Herding Enters The Area.
