As Part Of The Modernization Of The Boarding House, Comprehensive Structural, Technical And Design Measures Must Be Carried Out In The Residents Rooms, Bathrooms, Hallways As Well As In The Cafeteria And Kitchen Wing. The Aim Is To Renew The Technical Infrastructure, Improve Functionality And Visually Enhance The Premises In Compliance With All Applicable Standards And Regulations. The Scope Of Services Includes The Following Areas: Plumbing Installation, Tiling Work, Electrical Installation, Painting Work, Floor Covering Work And The Construction Of A Tv-Sat System. The Renewal Of The Pipe Systems Also Includes The Wastewater And Supply Lines In The Cafeteria And Kitchen Area. Due To Ongoing Operations, The Modernization Of These Areas Must Be Completed Within A Maximum Closure Period Of Five Weeks. The Contractor Must Submit A Binding Schedule And Process Concept That Ensures That: • All Pipe Dismantling And New Installations In The Kitchen And Cafeteria Area Are Completed Within The Specified Time Frame, • The Functionality Of The Kitchen Is Fully Restored After The Closing Time, • Necessary Demolition, Installation, Drywalling, Painting And Floor Work Are Carried Out Within This Period, • All Testing, Flushing And Commissioning Are Completed On Time. Compliance With The Closing Time Is An Essential Contractual Condition. • All Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recognized Rules Of Technology, The Relevant Din Standards And The Clients Specifications. • The Contractor Must Take Appropriate Protection And Security Measures In Order Not To Impair Boarding School Operations Outside The Affected Areas. • Construction Site Logistics, Material Transport, Disposal And Final Cleaning Must Be Ensured By The Contractor. • After Completion Of The Work, All Areas Must Be Handed Over Clean, Functional And Ready For Use.
