The Contracting Authority For The Research And Development Of An Ai-Supported System For Detailed Monitoring, Prediction And Optimization Of Energy Consumption In Energy-Intensive Foundry Production Is Developing A New Enmis Testbed - A Low-Pressure Casting Workplace (Hereinafter Referred To As Tb Enmis), With The Understanding That This Tb Enmis Will Be Used As A Test Workplace In Its Z02 Branch In Poříčany (Kolín District). Compared To A Standard Casting Workplace, The Developed Workplace Will Be Equipped With An Extensive Set Of Sensors To Monitor Its Condition And Record Relevant Parameters. The Workplace Will Enable Systematic Testing, Setting And Verification Of Various Operational States In A Controlled Environment. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Supply Of 3 Sub-Technology Units For Tb Enmis, Namely - Mechanical Parts (Casting Superstructures) According To The Clients Project, - Tb Enmis Hydraulic System, - Control System (Electrical And Control) For Tb Enmis. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Cooperation Of The Supplier Of Each Of The Partial Technological Units With The Client And Other Suppliers Of Components And Units For Tb Enmis, Participation And Cooperation In The Construction (Completion) And Commissioning Of Tb Enmis, Training Of The Clients Employees, Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service. The Order Is Divided Into Sub-Parts A, B And C, When Sub-Part A Includes: Production And Delivery Of The Mechanical Part (Casting Superstructure), Including Installation On The Furnace Frame Supplied By The Client, Transportation, Participation In The Completion And Commissioning Of Tb Enmis In The Clients Operation, Operator Training And Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service; Sub-Part B Includes: Production And Supply Of The Hydraulic System For Tb Enmis Including Transportation, Connection To The Existing Hydraulic Unit At The Filling Point, Completion (Connection) With Other Parts Of Tb Enmis In The Contractors Operation, Commissioning, Operator Training And Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service; Sub-Part C Includes: Production And Delivery Of The Control System (Electrical And Control) Of All Functions Of Tb Enmis For The Correct And Safe Operation Of Tb Enmis, Including Transport, Assembly (Completion Of Tb Enmis), Commissioning, Operator Training And Provision Of Warranty And Post-Warranty Service.
