2026 - Design - Dam Konovatnet . Descriptionoverhalla Municipality Hereby Invites Qualified Advisers To Provide An Offer For The Preparation Of A Complete Basis For Upgrading The Konovatnet Dam. The Dam Is Classified In Consequence Class 2 By Nve, And There Are Several Deviations From The Dam Safety Regulations. Plans Must Therefore Be Drawn Up For An Upgrade Or New Construction Of The Dam So That The Facility Satisfies All Requirements According To Law, Regulations And Nves Supervisors. The Consultant Must Use An Nve‑Approved Specialist In Relevant Fields In Accordance With The Dam Safety Regulations Ns 8401 Will Apply As Contract Terms For The Assignment, With Attached Special Terms Of Agreement.
