This Is A Fee Contract With A Design Office Which Assumes The Tasks Of The Client (Project Promoter), Acts As Manager And Participates In The Development And Coordination Of Tga Projects On Behalf Of The Principal. It Also Supports Facility Management (Fm – Building Operation And Operating Cost Control) And The Real Estate Department (Infrastructure Planning) Of The Infrastructure Department Of The Ministry Of The German-Speaking Community. The Design Office Must Know Belgian Standards And Laws To Be Able To Carry Out This Mission.
