Three (3) Of The Base Station Packages Will Be Installed In Vehicles, 3-5 Base Station Packages Will Be Placed In Population Shelters. Appendix 2 Contains A Map Showing The Indicative Locations Of The Targets. With The Selected Supplier, The Detailed Location Of The Radio Equipment Will Be Reviewed By Site. The Tenderer Can Submit An Offer For Both Parts (1 And 2) And/Or Only One Part. Bids For The Project And For The Citys Own Procurement Will Be Processed Separately. The Information Of The Offer Is Requested To Be Entered By Sub-Area (1 And 2) Directly In The Section: Criteria For The Object Of Procurement. During Implementation Planning And Installations, The Winner Of The Tender Must Cooperate With Pudasjärvi City Staff, Owners Of The Installation Sites, Radio Amateurs And Vapepa Experts. The Installation Schedule Is For The Period 5/2026-12/2026, The Schedule Can Be Extended During The Option Period Until 1 January To 30 June 2027 By A Separate Decision Of The Customer.
