The City Of Rovaniemi Is Considering Tendering The Ticketing System. We Ask Suppliers To Familiarize Themselves With The Preliminary Description Of The Ticketing System (Attached). In Principle, Those Suppliers Whose Service Meets The Preliminary Requirements Presented In The Appendix Are Invited To The Market Dialogue. The Supplier Must Attach To His Registration A Description In Finnish Of The Service He Offers And The Information Requested In The Attachment. Based On The Descriptions, We Select Suppliers For Market Dialogue. Our Purpose Is To Organize Teams Presentations For 3-4 Suppliers During April. We Reserve The Right To Limit The Number Of Participants In The Market Dialogue. The City Of Rovaniemi Asks Willing Potential Bidders To Participate In The Dialogue. We Have Tentatively Booked The Following Dates In The Calendars For Presentations: 14.4 At 9:00-11:00 17.4 At 12:00-16:00 21.4 At 12:00-14:00 23.4 At 12:00-14:00 Interested Participants Can Register For The Dialogue By Emailing [email protected] By 7 April 2026. Any Questions Related To The Request For Information Can Be Sent To The Same Address. Participating Or Not Participating In The Market Dialogue Does Not Affect The Bidders Position In A Possible Future Tender. The Market Dialogue Is Conducted In Finnish. All Discussions Presented In The Market Dialogue And Held During It Are Preliminary And Do Not Bind The City Of Rovaniemi. Those Who Participated In The Market Dialogue Are Not Compensated For Their Participation. This Is Not A Procurement Notice Or A Request For Tender, But A Request For Information/Invitation To A Market Dialogue. This Request For Information Does Not Bind The Subscriber To The Purchase, The Actual Purchase Announcement Will Possibly Be Published Later. A Decision On Starting A Possible Procurement Process Will Be Made Later.
