The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Customer Or Procurement Unit) Requests Your Offer For The Removal Of Graffiti And Blemishes, As Well As The Washing And Cleaning Of Properties. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Removal Of Graffiti, Stickers And Other Blemishes From Facades, Doors, Windows, Fences And Other Surfaces. Protecting Surfaces With Anti-Graffiti Treatment (If Necessary). General Washing Of Facades And Properties, Such As Cleaning Of Wall Surfaces, Windows, Roofs, Stairs, Fences And Other Structures. Pressure Washing And Steam Washing Methods, Which Are Suitable For Both Concrete, Brick, Metal And Painted Surfaces. Regular And On-Demand Washing To Ensure The Cleanliness And Comfort Of The Property. The Contract Period Is Limited To One (1) Year. The Acquisition Includes An Option Period Of One (1) Year. The Target For The Start Of The Contract Period Is 01.05.2026. However, The Contract Starts At The Earliest When The Procurement Decision Becomes Law. In This Procurement, The Cheapest Price Is Used As The Basis For Overall Economic Profitability. The Bidding Is Carried Out In An Open Procedure And The Purpose Is To Establish A Framework Arrangement Of Two (2) Suppliers. The Customer Can Choose Less Than Two (2) Suppliers For The Framework Arrangement If There Are Not Enough Suitable Suppliers Available. Bidders Are Prioritized Based On The Lowest Price. The Minimum Requirements Set For Quality Allow Comparison Only In Terms Of Price. If Several Bidders Offer The Same Price, The Procurement Unit Will Draw Lots In The Order Of Priority Of The Bidders. Lottery Is An Accepted Method In Legal Practice. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To Volume Purchase Obligations. The Agreement Does Not Create An Exclusive Right For The Service Provider To Carry Out The Procurement.
