The Contract Sites Are Located In The Tuira, Pyykösjärvi And Puolivälinkanka Districts Of The City Of Oulu. The Contract Includes The Construction Of Water Supply, Streets, Drainage, Environment And Lighting Up To Operational Condition In The Scope Presented In The Contract Documents. Simultaneously With The Project, The Parking Arrangements For The Lpa-4 Parking Area Of The Movie Theater Star And In Front Of The Building Will Also Be Implemented. A Separate Procurement Decision And Contract Will Be Drawn Up For The Part Of The Movie Theater Stars Property. The Content Of The Contract Is Described In More Detail In The Contract Documents.
