Background Mikkelis Development Company Miksei Oy Implements The Ditek Project (Eu, Southern Savo Regional Confederation, Eakr), The Aim Of Which Is To Promote The Renewal And Competitiveness Of Industrial And Technology Companies In The Mikkeli Region By Utilizing Digital And Developing Technologies. The Project Supports Companies Ability To Identify, Experiment And Apply New Technologies As Part Of The Development Of Business, Production And Product Development. The Ditek Project Is Implemented Under The Management Of Mikkelis Development Company Miksei Oy In Cooperation With The Southeastern Finland University Of Applied Sciences Xamki. Mikkelis Development Company Miksei Oy Is Responsible For Work Package 2 Bidding, Contracts And Ordering Assignments. Xamk Participates In The Project In An Expert Role In Accordance With The Projects Goals. Work Package 2 Focuses On Concrete Company-Specific Prototype Workshops And Technology Experiments. In These, Companies Get Expert Support For Fast And Limited Testing Of New Technological Solutions And For Producing Prototypes, Experiments Or Concepts Suitable For Further Development. The Project Receives Public Funding, And The Implementation Of The Project Follows The Conditions And Instructions Set By The Financier. With This Tender, A Framework Arrangement Is Formed, On The Basis Of Which A Maximum Of Three (3) Service Providers Are Selected To Implement Company-Specific Prototype Workshops And Technology Trials According To Work Package 2 Of The Ditek Project. 2. Description Of The Service To Be Procured: This Is A Fixed-Price Tender Based On Qualitative Evaluation Criteria. The Object Of The Procurement Is An Expert Service That Utilizes Company-Specific Technology Experiments (Hereafter Prototype Workshops) For The Development Needs Of Industrial Companies. Experiments Can Utilize Artificial Intelligence-Based And Data-Oriented Solutions As Well As The Companys Existing Data Sources, Such As Data From Erp, Production Control Or Crm Systems. The Core Of The Service Is Fast And Limited Experiments, Where, In Cooperation Between An Expert And The Company, Selected Technologies Are Tested For Practical Business Needs. Proto-Workshops Can Include, For Example, Software-Based Prototypes, Demos, Simulations Or Other Limited Experiments. Objectives The Objective Of The Procured Service Is To:• Support The Digital Renewal Of Industrial Companies And The Utilization Of Technology• Enable Rapid And Risk-Controlled Experimentation Of New Technologies• Produce Concrete Prototypes Or Technology Experiments For The Development Needs Of Companies• Create A Basis For Further Development And Possible Research, Development And Innovation Projects• Promote Principles Of Sustainable Development, Such As Energy And Material Efficiency As Well As Well-Being And Comfort At Work Implementation Of The Service The Service Is Implemented As Company-Specific Assignments Based On The Framework Arrangement. The Fixed Budget Set Aside For Each Prototype Workshop Is 5,000 Euros (Vat 0%) (Including All Organization-Related Expenses For The Service Provider). A Maximum Of 12 Prototype Workshops Will Be Organized. The Client Describes The Content And Goals Of Each Company-Specific Assignment. The Service Providers Selected For The Framework Arrangement Are Invited On A Case-By-Case Basis To Submit A Proposal For The Implementation Of The Prototype Workshop, And The Assignment Is Carried Out According To A Schedule To Be Separately Agreed With The Selected Service Provider. The Content, Implementation Method And Schedule Of Each Assignment Are Defined Based On The Companys Development Needs. The Service Provider Must Document The Completed Prototype Workshop And Provide A Written Description Of The Work Performed And Recommendations For Further Development. The Customer Can Also Order A Framework Contract For The Service From The 1St-Ranked Provider If That Provider Has The Necessary Expertise/Experience. The Prototype Workshop (Proto/Demo/Simulation/Other Implementation) Consists Of The Following Measures:- Detailed Mapping/Definition Of The Mini-Competition Information Between The Service Provider And The Company (Teams And E-Mail) - The Service Provider Implements The Assignment According To The Detailed Schedule, Content And Needs Of The Company - The Final Result Delivery/Delivery And Reporting Preliminary, Rough Estimate Of The Workload Of An Individual Implementation Is 5 Htp On Average. Preparing An Offer Or Implementation Proposal Is Not Billable Work. Only The Implementation Of The Agreed Prototype Workshop Or Technology Experiment Is Invoiced. The Customer Does Not Commit In Advance To Any Minimum Number Of Assignments To The Service Providers Selected For The Framework Arrangement, But Services Are Procured According To The Needs Of The Project.Scope Of Work: During The Project, A Maximum Of Twelve (12) Company-Specific Prototype Workshops Will Be Implemented. The Content And Scope Of The Individual Prototype Workshop Is Defined According To The Development Needs Of The Company, However, So That The Work Is Limited And Can Be Implemented With A Fixed Budget Of 5,000 Euros (+Vat). The Total Value Of The Purchase Is A Maximum Of €60,000.00 (Vat 0%).
