The Public Order Envisages The Following Activities: A/Activity 1: Preparation Of A Project In The Working Project Phase The Project Should Contain The Following Parts: Architectural, Constructive, Electrical, Plumbing - Opinion, Energy Efficiency, Fire Safety, Pbz, Puso And Other Necessary For Issuing A Building Permit Main Activities To Be Planned In The Individual Zones: Preparation Of A Working Project For The Parts, In Accordance With The Prescriptions Of The Report On The Energy Efficiency Survey And The Structural Survey Of The Building, According To Ordinance No. 4/ 21.05.2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, With Which The Main Activities Will Be Carried Out: To Develop A Project For Modernization And Introduction Of Measures For Energy Efficiency Of The Residential Building Stock. * To Provide For Thermal Insulation Of The Facade Enclosing Elements In Accordance With The Energy-Saving Measures Set Out In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. * To Provide For Thermal Insulation Of All Types Of Floors In Accordance With The Energy-Saving Measures Set Out In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. * To Provide Thermal Insulation Of The Roof In Accordance With The Energy-Saving Measures Set Out In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. * To Provide For The Replacement Of The Existing Amortized And Non-Compliant Joinery, In Accordance With The Energy-Saving Measures Set Out In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. * To Provide For The Replacement Of The Old Lighting Fixtures In The Common Areas In Accordance With The Energy-Saving Measures Set Out In The Energy Efficiency Survey Report. To Develop All The Mandatory Measures Included In The Technical Survey And The Passport Of The Building.
