With This Assignment, Gasunie Wants To Ensure That There Is A High-Quality, Healthy And Affordable Range Of Food And Drinks At The Locations Indicated By Gasunie During The Term Of The Agreement. The Scope Is As Follows: Counter Catering: Operation Of Company Restaurants And Coffee Bar, Provision Of Drinks And Snacks Outside Opening Hours Of The Various Restaurants. Banqueting: Providing Coffee, Tea, Drinks And/Or Lunches During Meetings, Providing Drinks And Snacks During Receptions, Events And The Like, Special Requests From Internal Customers (Customization). The Order Is Estimated At: 1. Fixed Contract Price (Including Banqueting): € 8,144,230.64. 2. Turnover Component (Company Restaurant, Coffee Bar And Vending): €5,760,000.00. Update 13-03-2026 Following The Second Information Memorandum, An Omission Has Been Noted In The Order Estimate And The Resulting Price Sheet. The Previously Mentioned Estimated Turnover For The Bar Was €175,000, But This Should Have Been €117,500. The Aforementioned Amount Will Therefore Be Canceled And The Price Sheet Has Been Adjusted Accordingly. As A Result Of This Correction, The Total Turnover Estimate Is €5,300,000. The Estimate Of The Fixed Contract Price Remains Unchanged And Amounts To €8,144,230.64. The Total Order Value For The Term Of The Agreement Therefore Amounts To €13,444,230.64.
