The Amc Project Is A Joint Assignment Of The Rijnland Water Board (Hhr) And The Schieland And Krimpenerwaard Water Board (Hhsk). The Goal Is To Realize Smart, Data-Driven Control Of Wastewater Treatment Plants (Awtps) And Transport Pumping Stations. The Amc Project Has One Ambition: To Manage The Water Chain In Real Time As Optimally As Possible According To The Objectives Of The Organization. These Objectives Can Change In Nature And Number Over Time. This Includes Meeting Discharge Requirements, Saving Maximum Energy, Consuming Energy If Green Energy Is Available, Minimal Nitrous Oxide Production, Etc. In Order To Fulfill The Administrative Goals Such As Energy Neutral, Sustainable, Circular And Minimal Greenhouse Gas Emissions. The Project Contributes To: - More Efficient Energy Consumption And Reduction Of Operational Costs; - Improvement Of Effluent Quality; - Reduction Of Greenhouse Gas Emissions; - Increasing The Reliability And Transparency Of Purification Processes; - The Rollout Of Amc Is Taking Place In Phases. In The First Three Years, Eight Wwtps Will Be Equipped With Amc Functionality.
