The Primary School Will Be Built As A Three-Story Wooden Building On A Reinforced Concrete Floor Slab With A Partial Basement On Perimeter Insulation. The Building Will Have A Highly Thermally Insulated Shell (Efficiency Building 40 - Standard). The New Building Will Be Certified According To The Criteria Of The German Society For Sustainable Building (Dgnb Version 2023). In Addition, Certification According To Qng Is Carried Out. This Requires Compliance With Quality Specifications With Regard To The Environment, Economy And Socio-Cultural Issues. The Contractors Services Include The Complete Earthworks And Shell Construction Work Including Technical Systems: Earthworks (Excavation Pit, Pipe Trenches, Angle Retaining Wall) Sewer Work (Drainage, Underground Pipes, Shafts) Concrete Work (Floor Slab, Foundations, Walls, Ceiling), Sealing And Insulation Work
