The Childrens House Consists Of 2 Components. A Solid Existing Building And An Extension To Be Built In Timber Construction. The Existing Building Consists Of Brick Masonry On The Ground Floor And Upper Floor And Concrete In The Basement. The Extension Part Is Designed As A Wooden Structure, Walls And Ceilings, With Ground Floor And First Floor, Built On A Concrete Floor Slab. Complete Structures Must Be Provided That Include Impact Sound Insulation With Tacking Boards Including The Underfloor Heating Installed By The Heating Engineer. The Screed Area In The Basement Is Approx. 105 M², The Heated Screed Area On The Ground Floor Is Approx. 640 M² And On The Upper Floor Approx. 640 M² Low-Shrinkage Rapid Cement Screed Of Grade Ct-C35-F7 Should Be Used.
