The Municipality Of Providencia Requires Contracting The Execution Of The Service Called “Preventive Conservation Of Public Monuments And Sculptures Of The Providencia Commune And Other Requirements.” Currently, The Municipality Of Providencia Is Carrying Out A Management Plan For All Public Monuments And Sculptures In The Commune. Within This Plan There Are Two Axes, The First Is The Preventive Conservation And Maintenance Of The Pieces That Are In A Good State Of Conservation, And The Second Corresponds To The Restoration Of Those Works That Are In A Poor State Of Conservation. Based On What Was Mentioned In The First Axis, The Objective Of This Tender Is To Execute Specific Procedures For The Public Monuments And Sculptures Present In The Commune, In Order To Remove Vandalism And Execute Procedures That Prevent Deterioration Of The Works. The Contract Will Contemplate The Execution Of The Following Services: A. Preventive Conservation Service Of Public Monuments And Sculptures Of The Commune, This Service Will Be Carried Out Twice During The Duration Of The Contract. The First Execution Contemplates The Conservation And Maintenance Of 48 Pieces And The Second Execution Contemplates The Conservation And Maintenance Of 7 Pieces. B. Possible Cleaning Services And Other Requirements, Which Are Carried Out Throughout The Term Of The Contract And According To The Unit Price Table For Public Monuments, Sculptures And/Or Any Other Surface With Respect To Which Said Work Is Required To Be Performed.
