1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Public Building In Question, I.E. The Headquarters Of The Theater. St. I. Witkiewicz In Zakopane At Ul. Chramcówki 15.2. Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities In The Design And Build Mode: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Facility To The Extent Enabling The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation. 2) Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building. 3) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Implement The Investment Intention, Documents Required For Reporting Construction Works, Detailed Designs, Industry Designs And Formal And Legal Documentation, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Guidelines Investor.4) Obtaining All Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment, Acting On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Investor, Including Reporting Construction Works And Obtaining A Building Permit.5) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 29, 2021. Regarding The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program.6) Preparation Of A Material And Financial Schedule For Construction Works, Divided Into Months To Be Agreed With The Investor.7) Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation, Functional And Utility Program, Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Standards And Technical Conditions For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Ensuring Full Coordination Inter-Industry And In Compliance With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Material And Financial Schedule And Health Protection Plan.8) Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of Equipment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And Investors Requirements.9) Preparation Of Full As-Built Documentation, Including: A) Documentation Reflecting The Actual State After Completion Of The Works, B) Taking Into Account Changes That Are Insignificantly Different From The Approved Design, C) A Set Of Required Test And Acceptance Protocols And Certificates.10) Ensuring Full Coordination Of Inter-Industry Design Documentation And Construction Works, Including The Identification And Elimination Of Conflicts, Inconsistencies And Discrepancies Between Industries And Ensuring The Coherence Of All Studies.11) Ensuring Authors Supervision Of Designers Of All Industries At The Implementation Stage, In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements And Investment Needs, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Works.12) Responsibility For The Completeness, Quality And Complianc
