The Subject Of This Order Is The Construction Of A Complex Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings With Technical Infrastructure, On Plot No. 1/29 And No. 1/30, District 0002 Lubań; Registration Unit: 021001_1 Lubań.2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 9 To The Swz).3. In Addition, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Annex No. 10 To The Swz), Apartment Finishing Standards (Annex No. 12 To The Swz) And The Contract Template (Annex No. 8 To The Swz).4. The Bills Of Quantities Were Attached To The Procedure Documentation As An Auxiliary Document For The Contractors. The Performance Of Construction Works That Are Not Specified In The Bill Of Quantities And Are Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Construction Design, Technical Design, And Detailed Technical Specifications Does Not Require The Conclusion Of A Separate Agreement And Must Be Included In The Lump-Sum Remuneration (It Will Not Be Remunerated Additionally).5. On-Site Visitthe Ordering Party Provides For A Mandatory On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. The Ordering Party Informs That Each Contractor Who Wants To Submit An Offer In This Procedure Must Undergo A Mandatory On-Site Visit. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Schedules A Site Inspection For March 24, 2026 At 11:00. The Meeting Place Of The Contractor And The Employers Representative Will Be Plot No. 1/29 And No. 1/30, District 0002 Lubań; Registration Unit: 021001_1 Lubań. After Completing The On-Site Visit, The Employers Employee Will Prepare An Appropriate Declaration That The On-Site Visit Was Carried Out By A Given Contractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Anticipate A Situation In Which The Contractor Will Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Without The Ordering Partys Presence. The Ordering Party Must Be Present During The On-Site Inspection Of Each Contractor, Because Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Reject The Offer Of The Contractor Who Did Not Carry Out An On-Site Inspection.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 84 Months.
