Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of A Pitch With An Asphalt Surface Into A Multi-Functional Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface At The Primary School In Czarna, As Part Of The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of An Asphalt Pitch Into A Multi-Purpose Pitch With A Polyurethane Surface In Czarna In The Wołomin Commune. 1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, In Particular, Perform Construction Works Consisting Of: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works, 2) Milling Of The Bituminous Surface, 3) Installation Of Concrete Edges On A Cement And Sand Bench, 4) Construction Of A Concrete Slab Of C30/37 Concrete With Dispersed Reinforcement, 5) Construction Of A Polyurethane Surface, 6) Installation Of Pitch Equipment, I.E.: Football Goals, Soccer Posts Volleyball, Nets, Basketball Posts, Basketball Backboards, Chain Net Hoops, Sleeves For Mounting Posts And Goals, 7) Installation Of Ball Catches, 8) Necessary Technical Tests Of The Installed Devices, 9) Will Settle Accounts With The Ordering Party For Materials From Disassembly And Demolition, 10) Will Tidy Up The Area After The Works, Manage Waste And Excavated Material In Accordance With Applicable Law, 11) Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Confirming The Transfer And Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, 12) Wood From Felling Is The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Hand Over The Wood To The Ordering Party And Deposit It In The Indicated Place. When Felling Trees And Managing Wood Obtained From Felling, The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 214/2018 Of The Mayor Of Wołomin (The Content Of The Ordinance Can Be Viewed On The Website Of The Municipal Office In Wołomin: Https://Wolomin.Bip.Net.Pl/?A=15066), 13) Transfer To The Ordering Party The Economic Copyrights To The As-Built Documentation Referred To In Contract On The Terms Specified In §18 Of The Contract.
