1. The Task Involves Partial Renovation Of Sidewalk Surfaces Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Grudziądz In Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes Removing All Failures And Performing Minor Repair Work (Collapses, Unevenness, Cracks) Of Individual Road Elements (Pedestrian Road Surface, Sidewalk Surface, Parking Lot Surface, Bicycle Paths, Sewage, Curbs, Lawn Edges, Manholes In The Road Right-Of-Way). The Price Should Include The Value Of Man-Hours, All Preparatory Works, Delivery And Cost Of Material, Traffic Organization For The Planned Works, As Well As The Operation Of Equipment. The Expected Amount That The Ordering Party Plans To Complete Is 840.53 M2.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Particular In The Documentation Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 4. The Ordering Party Sets The Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract At 24 Months And The Maximum At 36 Months, In Accordance With The Adopted Tender Evaluation Criterion Warranty Period. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
