The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates For The Task Entitled: Obo 2026: Revitalization Of Urban Space At Kromera And Grunwaldzka Streets And Submitting A Complete Application For A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose And A Building Permit To The Relevant Office And Obtaining This Decision. The Project Includes The Expansion Of The Parking Lot And Pedestrian Routes Along With Land Development. Green Areas Within Plots No. 61-1/1, 15/21, 62-29/3, 29/4, 39/1, 40/3, 40/4, 40/5. The Expansion Of The Parking Lot Is Intended To Adapt The Parking Spaces (Existing Parking Spaces Have Dimensions: 4.5 X 2.5 M) To The Applicable Technical Conditions. The Investment Will Also Involve The Relocation Of Lighting Poles And A Parking Meter, As Well As The Construction Of New Vertical And Horizontal Markings. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Following Should Be Prepared: - A Project For The Reconstruction Or Construction Of The Electrical Network - Street Lighting, - A Project For The Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System (Depending On The Issued Technical Conditions), - In The Event Of A Collision, A Project For The Reconstruction Of The Telecommunications, Heating And Water Supply Networks, - A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization, - An Inventory Of Greenery Together With A Project For Managing The Vegetation Cover. And A Greenery Development Project. The Aim Of The Task Is To Improve The Functionality, Safety And Aesthetics Of Urban Space, While Taking Into Account Applicable Standards And Regulations.
