Buczka - Procedure No. Pim/03/26/Zp20/2025-423.5.2. The Scope Of The Investment Task Of Building The Świerczewski Sports And Recreation Center At Ul. Buczka, Includes The Implementation Of A Land Development Project Regarding The Construction Of Sports Fields, An Outdoor Gym With Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Fencing, Ball Catchers And Small Architecture In The Sports And Recreation Area, Developed By Landame Aneta Mikołajczyk, Ul. Biegańskiego 51, 60-682 Poznań And Gt Projekt Sp. Z O. O. Street Parkowa 4 In Swadzim.5.3. The Design Documentation Includes, Among Others: 1) Strengthening The Ground And Placing Structural Elements, 2) Construction Of Pitches For: Football, Badminton, Tennis, Table Tennis, 3) Construction Of Pitch Fencing And Ball Catchers, 4) Installation Of Outdoor Gym Equipment, 5) Installation Of A Table Tennis Table, 6) Construction Of Pedestrian Paths And A Bicycle Path, 7) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: Benches, Baskets, Information Boards, Bicycle Racks,8) Planting Greenery Construction Of A Sports And Recreation Facility On The Property Area (Dębiec Area, Plot No. 2/1, 3/1 And Part 4/1) And Implementation Of The Decision Of The Regional Director Of Environmental Protection Regarding The Removal Of Waste From The Property At Ul. Buczka Through The City Of Poznań. 5.4. As Part Of The Investment Implementation, It Is Necessary To Remove And Dispose Of Some Of The Waste Located In The Planned Investment Area To A Depth Of 1 M Below Ground Level Within The Planned Construction Of Sports And Recreation Facilities In Accordance With The Issued Rdoś Decision.5.5. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Provide Geotechnical Supervision Over The Works Being Carried Out. 5.6.
