The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of The Attic Of A Primary School Building Along With Internal Installations And The Construction Of A Staircase On Plot No. 222 In The Town Of Zofiówka, Commune. Łęczna.2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities Constituting The Information Basis And In The Draft Contract.3. If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In The Swz Or Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogues, Manufacturers Websites, Etc. The Contractors Obligations Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract.
