The Area Of The Planned Investment Is Covered By The Local Development Plan - Resolution Of The Municipal Council In Jastrowie No. 69/2007 Of October 30, 2007 The Existing Class D Road (Access Road) Has A Ground Surface Locally Hardened With Crushed Aggregate With A Width Ranging From 2.50 To 5.80 M. The Existing Road Does Not Have Sidewalks Or Separated Shoulders. The Existing Road Is Drained On The Surface Into The Adjacent Area Within The Existing Road. There Is Street Lighting Along The Existing Road. The Existing Road Primarily Serves Local Traffic. Provides Access To Adjacent Properties And Properties. It Provides A Connection With Higher-Class Roads, And Thus Access To Urban Infrastructure. Its Priority Is Full Accessibility And Safety Of Users, Not The Rapid Flow Of Vehicles.
