C) Installation Of Geotextile And Sand Surface On The Enlarged Sand Field D) Installation Of New Playground Equipment: Play Set, Metal Two-Person Swing, Climbing Wall. E) Moving The Existing Set Of 3 Mushrooms To A New Designated Place While Maintaining Safety Zones. F) Cleaning The Area After Completion Of The Works, Sowing Grass And Replenishing Greenery In Places Disturbed During The Works. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Playground Equipment Delivered Is: - Brand New And Free From Defects, - Has The Necessary Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Corresponding To Safety Standards For Playgrounds, In Particular Compliance With The Pn-En 1176 (Devices) And Pn-En 1177 (Surface) Standards Or Equivalent, As Well As Instructions For Use And Warranty Documents (If Applicable). These Documents Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party Before Signing The Acceptance Protocol.
