M2, 85 Pieces, Including Processing, • Painting External Walls, • Replacing The Roof Covering - Use Plain Ceramic Roof Tiles - Area Approx. 635 M2, Performing Sheet Metal Work, • Replacing The Lightning Protection System, • Insulating The Roof With Pir Foam Placed Between The Rafters - Area Approx. 635 M2 • After Dismantling The Existing Roof Covering And Removing The Battens, A Technical Assessment Of The Structure Of The Roof Elements Should Be Made - Damp Elements, Fungus Should Be Replaced, • The Roof Should Be Protected Against Possible Flooding During The Works, • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. Consisting Of Complete Removal Of The Existing Installation With The Boiler In The Lower Part Of The Building And Installation Of A New Two-Pipe Installation With Circulation Pumps And Distributors; Steel Plate Radiators Equipped With Thermostatic Valves Will Be Used. Installation Of 61 Radiators Of Various Power, • Finishing And Complementary Works For Thermal Modernization, • Replacement Of The Existing Lighting (Incandescent And Fluorescent Fittings In The Amount Of 75 Pieces) With Energy-Saving Fluorescent Lamps And Led Panels In Appropriate Fittings, With A Power Of: 60 W (6000 Lm) And 5 And 8 W (500 And 800 Lm). The Ordering Party Requires That The Thermal Modernization Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Standards And Provisions Of Polish Law, Using Construction, Installation And Finishing Materials Ensuring Safe Use Of The Building In Accordance With Its Specific Function. The Ordering Party Requires The Adoption Of Technical Solutions Based On Modern, High-Quality Technologies, Materials And Standards While Maintaining The Historic Aesthetics Of The Building.
