1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 107291D Between Jakubkowice And Czech Republic.2. The Investment Involves The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of 2,962.76 M, Which Starts In The Village Of Jakubkowice And Ends Approximately 500 M Beyond The Village Of Czechy, On The Border With The Commune Of Środa Śląska. The Existing Road Has A Cross-Section Of A Road, A Bituminous And Partially Crushed Surface, Unpaved Shoulders, No Sidewalks, Pedestrian Crossings And A Bicycle Path. The Road Is Not Wide Enough. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For Its Implementation Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
