1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Extension Of The Building Intended For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Department Guard Station - For The Garage Of A Fire Truck. The Volunteer Fire Departments Fire Station Is A Single-Story Building Without A Basement. In The Existing Building, It Is Necessary To Widen The Window Opening In The Meeting Room And Brick Up Two Openings. The Current Stage Of Work Completed Is The Shell Of The Building With The Roof Covering Completed, And Water And Sewage Works Have Been Partially Completed. The Detailed Scope Of Work For The Final Construction Of The Facility Is Reflected In The Bill Of Quantities.2. The Commune, Carrying Out An Investment Project Involving The Expansion Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department, Decided To Terminate The Contract With The Current Contractor Of Construction Works. This Decision Was Made Due To The Contractors Failure To Fulfill Contractual Obligations, In Particular The Failure To Meet The Implementation Deadlines Specified In The Material And Financial Schedule Of The Investment.3. As Of The Date Of Announcement Of These Proceedings, The Progress Of Construction Works Can Be Described As Open Shell With A Roof Completed.
