The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Lighting For 19 Pedestrian Crossings Without A Lighting Control System. The Following Works Are Planned To Be Performed As Part Of The Order: Basic Order: 1) Construction Of Lighting For 11 Pedestrian Crossings: A) Jagiellońska/Okrzei, B) Wojska Polskiego/Sybiraków, C) Sybiraków/Malborska, D) Hozjusza/Lawendów, E) Wilczyńskiego At The Height Of The Parish Of Blessed Stefana Wyszyński (2 Locations),F) Krasicki/Świtycz-Widacka,G) Warszawska/Profesorska,H) Grunwaldzka/Kromera,I) Dybowskiego/Oczapowskiego,J) Dybowskiego/Kortosfera,K) Dybowskiego/Obitza. Option Rights: 1) Construction Of Lighting For 8 Pedestrian Crossings:A) Jagiellońska/Niedziałkowskiego,B) Jagiellońska/Kossaka,C) Sybiraków/Rataja,D) Hozjusza/Narcyzowa,E) Hozjusza/Fiołkowa,F) Płoskiego At The Height Of Building No. 12,G) Bartąska/Biedronka,H) Jagiełły/Grunwaldzka.The Aim Of This Procedure Is To Obtain Construction Works Of The Quality Specified In The Swz. For These Reasons, The Ordering Party Has Exercised Due Diligence To Ensure That The Subject Of The Order Is Not Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Could Lead To Privilege Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products. If, Despite This, It Turns Out That Such Indications Appear Anywhere In The Swz And In Its Annexes, They Should Not Be Treated As Requirements Relating To The Subject Of The Contract, And Should Be Considered Only As Informational Indications (Not Binding On The Contractors).
