1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A New Building For The Kraśnik Academy Of Development.2. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Polish-Swiss Urban Development Program Co-Financed By The Second Edition Of Swiss Financial Assistance For Selected European Union Member States In Order To Reduce Socio-Economic Differences Within The European Union.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Single-Story Building Housing, Among Others: A Show Room With A Hall, Sanitary Facilities, A Waste Room And A Technical Room, 2) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection To The New Building Along With A New Fire Hydrant, 3) Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, 4) Construction Of Connections And An External Rainwater Drainage System To The Building, 5) Construction Of Building Connections To The Power Installation, 6) Construction Of An External Section Of The Telecommunication Sewage System, Connecting The Existing Building With The New One Building,7) Construction Of A Heating Connection To The Building,8) Construction Of Internal Installations,9) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation,10) Finishing Works,11) Construction Of Sidewalks, An Internal Road With Parking Spaces (4 Parking Complexes With A Total Of 30 Parking Spaces, Including 2 Spaces For Vehicles Of People With Disabilities),12) Construction Of Electric Car Chargers,13) Construction Of Area Lighting,14) Installation Of Small Architecture Elements (Benches, Waste Bins, Stands For Bicycles),15) Development Of Green Areas,16) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Partial Use Permit Regarding The Scope Of The Investment That Is The Subject Of This Agreement.4. The Order Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Swz And The Contract, The Template Of Which Is Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
