The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Asphalt Municipal Roads In The Świeszyno Commune In 2026, Consisting Of: - Partial Repairs Of Asphalt Surfaces Using Hot Mineral-Asphalt Mass With Edge Cutting And Repair Of Cracks In Asphalt Surfaces On Asphalt Municipal Roads, - Repairs Of Asphalt Surfaces With A Paver On Designated Sections Of Asphalt Municipal Roads, Scope Orders: 1. Performing Partial Repairs On Roads With Bituminous Surfaces, Consisting Of: - Vertically Cutting Off The Edges Of The Damage, Giving Them The Shape Of A Geometric Figure, - Cleaning The Exposed Subgrade, - Sprinkling The Subgrade With Bituminous Emulsion, - Removing Water, Making The Damaged Area Air-Dry, - Leveling And Filling Deeper Holes And Potholes. They Should Be Filled In Layers With Coarse-Grained And Then Fine-Grained Material And Compacted Carefully, - Making The Road Surface With Bituminous Mass, - Covering The Joints Of The Old And New Bituminous Layers With Emulsion, - Mechanical Compaction Of The Filled Patch. Repair Of Longitudinal And Transverse Cracks In Bituminous Surfaces Consisting Of: - Thorough Cleaning Of The Surface And Walls Near The Cracks, - Drying The Damaged Area, Bringing It To A State Of Air-Dry, - Sprinkling With Asphalt Emulsion, - Evenly Sprinkling With Fine-Grained Material (Grit), - Compacting The Fine-Grained Material (Grit). The Expected Number Of Roads For Partial Repairs Is Approx. 150 M2. 2. Repairs Of The Asphalt Surface With A Paver On Designated Sections Of The Road Using Mineral And Bituminous Mass According To Pn With An Average Depth Of Potholes Of Approx. 5 Cm, Including: A) Cleaning Of Damaged Places, B) Heating The Bitumen And Sprinkling The Repaired Place, C) Mechanical Spreading Of The Mineral-Bituminous Mixture In One Or Two Layers Depending On The Depth Of Damage And Compaction Of Individual Layers Of The Laid Mixture, Sprinkling Bitumen Of The Upper Layer And Backfilling With Aggregate, D) Removal And Management. The Layer Of The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Should Be Placed On A Dry Or Dried Surface; It Is Prohibited To Apply Mixtures During Unfavorable Weather Conditions (Rain, Snow, Negative Temperature). Preparation Of The Damaged Cavity And Its Filling Should Be Made To A Thickness Of 4 Cm. If The Thickness Of The Defect Is Less Than 4 Cm, The Damaged Place Should Be Chiseled Out And The Repair Made So That The Wearing Course Is 4 Cm Thick. Preparation Of The Damaged Pothole And Its Filling Should Be Made In Two Layers Of 4 Cm Of Binding And Wearing Layers, A Total Of 8 Cm. If The Pothole Thickness Is Less Than 8 Cm, The Damaged Place Should Be Prepared To Be Filled To A Thickness Of 8 Cm. If The Pothole Depth Is Greater Than 8 Cm, A Subbase Should Be Made With A Target Thickness Of 15 Cm, So As To Make Two Bituminous Layers Of 4 Cm Each.
