The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of Rubinowa, Fryderyka Chopina And Stanisława Moniuszki Streets In Szreniawa With A Concrete Pavement With Sidewalks, Along With The Construction Of Drainage, Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings, Rearrangement Of Existing Lighting, Removal Of Conflicts And Cutting Down Trees. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Works In Accordance With Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Constituting Attachments To This Swz.3. The Ordering Party Has Two Design Documentation: 1) Construction Design Of Ul. Rubinowa With A Connection To Ul. Henryka Wieniawskiego In Szreniawa,2) Construction Project Of The Following Streets: Fryderyka Chopina, Stanisława Moniuszki (On The Section From Ul. Henryka Wieniawskiego To Ul. Fryderyka Chopina) In Szreniawa, For Which Decisions On The Permit For The Implementation Of The Road Investment Were Obtained.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In 2 Copies In Paper Version And 1 Copy In Electronic Version On A Cd Or Usb Disk To Provide It To The Ordering Party, Including One Copy In Paper Version For The Komorniki Commune Office, And The Other To The Extent Necessary To Submit To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate For The Poznań County.5. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 9 To Swz.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 2,500,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor 7. Required Warranty Period - In Accordance With The Offer, Minimum 36 Months.8. Information Regarding The Use Of Equivalent Products, Materials And Technologies. In The Case Of Material Names Used In The Procedure Documentation, They Should Be Understood As Examples - With The Parameters Desired By The Ordering Party. This Means That The Ordering Party Allows In Each Case The Use Of A Material Equivalent In Terms Of The Main (Essential) Technical And Operational Parameters, While Maintaining At Least The Same Level Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Compatibility With Other Materials Used (Built-In) During The Execution Of The Order.
