The Subject Of The Order Is A Service. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Final Decision On Permission To Implement A Road Investment (The So-Called Zrid Decision) For The Task Titled: Construction Of Okrzei Street In Sandomierz. The Scope Of Design Work Covered By This Order, Requirements Regarding The Form And Content Of Design Documentation And The Designers Responsibilities In Terms Of Contacts With The Ordering Party Are Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Entitled Construction Of Okrzei Street In Sandomierz, The Subject Of The Contract Being Only The Development Of Design Documentation For Section No. 1 Without The Implementation Of Construction Works. The Developed Design Documentation Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program In Point 2.2. Employers Requirements Regarding The Design Documentation. The Main Design Assumptions Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program In Point 2.3. The Employers Requirements In Relation To The Construction Of The Designed And Implemented Facilities (Features Regarding Construction And Construction Solutions). The Multi-Discipline Design Documentation For Section No. 1 Is To Include At Least: A) Solutions For The Road Sector In Plan And Profile Along With Communication Arrangements And Road Geometry Arrangements With The Relevant Road Managers Of Other Categories, Cross-Sections And Characteristic Sections (Descriptive And Drawing Parts); B) Design Solutions For The Elements And Networks Indicated In The Program Functional And Utility Titled Construction Of Okrzei Street In Sandomierz As Planned To Be Included In Section No. 1 Or Resulting From The Obtained Technical Conditions And Arrangements At The Stage Of Developing Design Documentation; C) Inventory Of The Network And Area Utilities, Including In Particular An Inventory Of Collisions Of The Designed Road With Existing Infrastructure And Facilities And Solutions To These Collisions Based On The Technical Conditions Obtained From The Relevant Managers And Administrators Of The Network; D) Land Development Plan For The Adopted And Agreed Solutions; E) Investor Cost Estimates For The Adopted Solutions; F) Consent To Derogations From Technical And Construction Regulations And Other Regulations In The Event That The Solutions Adopted By The Contractor Require Derogations. As Part Of This Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, At Its Own Expense, Conduct A Technical Analysis Of The Feasibility Of Implementing The Investment, Obtain The Appropriate Necessary Arrangements And Opinions Required In Particular By The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads.
